Camp Waiver & Release

Sports Broadcasting Camps LLC welcomes all applicants regardless of race, religion, or gender. Acceptance is based on session availability.

Payment, Early Bird & Cancellation Policy

The Early Bird discount ends December 15, 2025 and requires full payment at the time of registration.

  • Cancellations before May 1, 2026: full refund minus a $75 administrative fee

  • Cancellations May 1–May 31, 2026: 50% refund

  • Cancellations after May 31, 2026: refunds are not guaranteed

No refunds will be issued for withdrawal or dismissal after camp has begun. Refunds will not be offered for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, floods, pandemics, civil disturbances, or similar events.

Participation & Transportation

Permission is granted for the child listed in this registration to participate in all camp activities. Authorization is also granted for Sports Broadcasting Camps LLC to transport the child to and from camp-related scheduled activities, games, or tours.

Photos & Videos

Permission is granted to photograph or record the child and to use images or video for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes, including print, digital, and social media, in perpetuity and without compensation.

Meals & Dietary Needs

Lunch will be provided. While efforts are made to be mindful of dietary restrictions, accommodation of all special dietary needs cannot be guaranteed. Campers with specific dietary requirements or food allergies may be required to bring their own lunch.

Personal Property

Sports Broadcasting Camps LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Liability Release & Medical Authorization

All claims arising from participation in camp activities are waived and released against Sports Broadcasting Camps LLC, its owners, employees, and staff.

Authorization is given for camp personnel to act in their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention and to obtain medical care as needed.

Acknowledgment

By completing registration, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
