Parent Child Weekend

Meet.

Meet celebrity broadcasters and attend an opening dinner with special guest speakers.
Host.

Each parent/child will be recorded hosting a sports talk radio show & an NFC/AFC Playoff pre-game show, reading a scripted NFC/AFC preview off a teleprompter, and simulating a stand-up in the host team’s stadium.
Attend.

Attend a variety of live sporting events including a St. Josephs vs. Duquesne Men’s Basketball Game, a Villanova vs. UCONN Men’s Basketball Game, and a Flyers vs. Senators Hockey Game at Wells Fargo Center.
Eat.

Eat and drink your way through the City of Brotherly Love. All meals are included in the cost of the Weekend!

Tentative 2024 Schedule

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm – Meet the SBC Staff in the lobby to receive swag bags
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm – Leave for Dinner in South Philadelphia with special guest

Friday

8:30 am – Leave for breakfast
10:30 am - 1:30 pm – Parent/Child on-camera activities in MNYK Studios. All families will receive a link to their recorded shows.
2:30 pm - 4:30 pm – St. Josephs vs. Duquesne Men’s Basketball Game
4:30 pm - 6:30 pm – Dinner
6:30 pm - 9:00 pm – Villanova vs. UCONN Men’s Basketball Game at the Wells Fargo Center
